Four different hydrophobic fabrics are used for their different compression and stretch. The fabric is high quality Italian fabric from the famous textile manufacturer, Tessitura Taiana Virgilio. These fabrics are developed with the hydrophobic qualities built into the yarns, infused to repel water instead of after-market coatings that lose effectiveness over time. The Mack Swimskin ensures compressive properties with an innovative side panel that improves swim position and athletic performance.

What is a Swimskin? 

The swimskin is a newer piece of triathlon equipment. It is a smaller, thinner non-buoyant alternative for a wetsuit (worn over a race suit) when the water is too warm for a wetsuit. Designed to increase speed and reduce water friction.
