Electric Bike Service
Electric bike tune-ups and repairs are available for approved brands we carry, including:

Because modern e-bikes require brand-specific diagnostic software, replacement parts, and factory training, we do not service the electronic systems of most electric bikes from brands we do not sell.

Service Eligibility
To provide the highest level of service and maintain reasonable turnaround times, we primarily service:
- Bicycles purchased from Mack Cycle.
- Bicycle brands currently sold by Mack Cycle.
If you're unsure whether we can service your bike, please call or text us before scheduling an appointment. We'll be happy to help determine if your bicycle is eligible for service.
Service Appointments
All bicycle service is scheduled by online appointment.
Due to high demand, we accept a limited number of service appointments each day to ensure every bicycle receives the attention it deserves.
Bicycle Pick-Up Policy
Completed bicycles and service items must be picked up within 7 days of notification to avoid storage fees.
Bicycles left for 31 days after completion will be considered abandoned and become the property of Mack Cycle.
